We carefully inspect every item before it leaves our warehouse, and we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage available for manufacturing defects and how warranty claims are handled.

1. Limited Product Warranty

Every product purchased directly from Veleantra is protected by our 30-Day Limited Product Warranty, effective from the date your order is successfully delivered.

This warranty is intended to cover manufacturing defects that occur under normal personal use, including:

  • Defective stitching, seams, or garment construction
  • Faulty zippers, buttons, snaps, hooks, or other closures caused by manufacturing defects
  • Fabric imperfections present before the item was worn
  • Production defects affecting prints, embroidery, lace, or decorative details
  • Items delivered with manufacturing-related damage
  • Incorrect assembly or workmanship defects discovered upon normal inspection

2. Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered under this warranty:

  • Normal wear resulting from regular use
  • Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, or storage
  • Failure to follow the garment care instructions
  • Shrinkage, fading, stretching, pilling, or color transfer after normal use
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Exposure to bleach, harsh detergents, chemicals, or excessive heat
  • Products altered, repaired, or modified by anyone other than Veleantra
  • Damage occurring after delivery due to external causes
  • Lost, stolen, or intentionally damaged items

3. Filing a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Support Team within the warranty period.

To help us evaluate your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the defect
  • Any additional information requested by our support team

Incomplete claims may require additional information before a decision can be made.

4. Claim Evaluation

Every warranty request is individually reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team. We carefully assess the information provided to determine whether the issue qualifies under this Warranty Policy.

If necessary, we may request additional photographs or supporting information before completing the review.

5. Warranty Resolution

If your claim is approved, Veleantra may provide one of the following remedies, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue:

  • A replacement product
  • A full refund
  • A partial refund
  • Store credit
  • Another reasonable solution considered appropriate by our support team

6. Review & Processing Time

Most warranty claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days after all requested documentation has been received.

Once approved, refunds, replacements, or store credits will be processed promptly. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

7. Product Care Guidelines

Proper care helps extend the life of your garments. We recommend:

  • Following the care label attached to each product.
  • Using mild detergent with cold or lukewarm water.
  • Avoiding bleach and strong chemical cleaners.
  • Washing similar colors together.
  • Allowing garments to air dry whenever possible.
  • Using low-temperature ironing only when suitable.
  • Storing products in a cool, clean, and dry environment.

8. Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers products purchased directly from the official Veleantra website. It cannot be transferred to another person.

This Warranty Policy provides the exclusive remedies available for manufacturing defects and does not extend to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except where required by applicable law.
