What are the estimated delivery times?

  • European Union and Switzerland: 8–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
  • South Africa: 8–12 business days

Delivery estimates may vary depending on customs procedures, courier operations, weather conditions, and the destination address.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide free standard shipping on orders over €30.

For orders below €30, the applicable shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Product prices include VAT where applicable.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Use the provided link to monitor your package throughout the delivery process.

Can I update or cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@veleantra.com.

Order changes or cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once dispatched, the order can no longer be modified. You may request a return after delivery according to our Return and Refund Policy.

What is your return period?

Veleantra offers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee beginning on the date your order is delivered.

Eligible products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

How do I request a return?

Email contact@veleantra.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item.

Our support team will provide the return address and complete return instructions.

Approved refunds are normally issued within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not provide direct exchanges.

To order a different item, return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order through our website.

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

Are Veleantra products covered by a warranty?

Yes. Products purchased directly from Veleantra are protected by a 30-day Limited Product Warranty.

The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects, faulty stitching, defective closures, and production-related damage.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and improper garment care are not covered.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping to:

Why might my delivery be delayed?
